WHYVO LEGAL
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the core rules for using Whyvo responsibly, respectfully, and within the product limits set by WHYVO LLC.
Using Whyvo responsibly
- Use Whyvo only for lawful, respectful, and product-appropriate communication across chats, communities, channels, and calls.
- Do not misuse Whyvo to deceive people, impersonate others, distribute harmful content, manipulate communities, or interfere with the safety of the platform.
- Respect feature boundaries, moderation decisions, account safeguards, and access limits that are meant to protect the service and its users.
- If your use creates risk for other people or for the service itself, WHYVO LLC may limit visibility, restrict features, require additional review, or remove access entirely.
- Repeated attempts to evade moderation, account restrictions, or safety systems can lead to stronger enforcement over time.
Acceptable use and abuse prevention
- Do not use Whyvo for fraud, coordinated abuse, malicious impersonation, targeted exploitation, or illegal activity.
- Avoid bulk spam, repeated unwanted outreach, manipulative growth tactics, automated abuse, or content designed mainly to deceive or pressure people.
- Do not upload or distribute content that creates direct harm, serious safety risk, or sustained abuse toward individuals or groups.
- Use Whyvo features in the way they were intended and avoid trying to break, overload, bypass, or reverse the normal protection systems of the app.
- If a use pattern looks intentionally abusive even without a single dramatic violation, WHYVO LLC may still take action to protect users and the service.
Accounts and access
- Keep your account details accurate enough to support access, trust, and safety review when needed.
- Do not impersonate people, organizations, or communities in a misleading or harmful way.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and linked devices unless you report compromise quickly and cooperate with recovery steps.
- Do not create or maintain accounts mainly to evade restrictions, impersonate others, or repeatedly abuse the service.
- WHYVO LLC may limit or remove accounts that repeatedly violate safety, abuse, or integrity rules.
Messaging, calls, communities, and channels
- Send messages that are relevant, wanted, and appropriate for the relationship or space.
- Only call people in ways that are expected and appropriate for your relationship or shared context.
- Do not use Whyvo messaging or calls for harassment, intimidation, coercion, repeated unwanted contact, or deceptive impersonation.
- Follow the purpose and moderation standards of communities and channels, and do not derail, spam, manipulate, or repeatedly disrupt those spaces.
- If a conversation or shared space becomes unsafe, use blocks, reports, or moderation tools instead of escalating inside the same thread or community.
Safety enforcement
- WHYVO LLC uses product controls, review processes, and account protections to reduce abuse and protect users from compromise, impersonation, harassment, and harmful misuse.
- Unsafe behavior, abuse reports, suspicious activity, or repeated policy violations may lead to warnings, temporary limits, deeper review, or account removal.
- When safety and privacy goals conflict, Whyvo aims to preserve user control while still acting quickly enough to reduce ongoing harm.
Contact and legal routing
Use the appropriate Whyvo support, abuse-reporting, or legal-request path when your issue needs direct review. Keep requests specific, factual, and tied to the account, content, or access problem involved.
If the issue is genuinely legal, regulatory, or institutionally sensitive, route it as a legal request to WHYVO LLC rather than ordinary product support.
